In this new World, Central can only supply replacement parts or kits for a small shipping & handling fee.
Furthermore Central Valley can no longer support any CV product purchased from a private
Ebay seller or Flea market enviroment.
If you made a mistake assembling one of our kits.
Do one of the following:
- For a small shipping & handling fee, E-mail, Central Valley - c.v.modelworks@gmail.com, with a note containing your mailing address for prompt replacement, and describing the error to help us improve products to avoid further confusion.
- For a small shipping & handling fee, USPS Mail To: Central Valley, (address on top of page) with a note containing your mailing address for prompt replacement, and describing the error to help us improve products to avoid further confusion.
- For a small shipping & handling fee, Text Central Valley (805)459.8839, give us your physical mailing address, and describe the error to help us improve products to avoid further confusion.
If your CV product is defective, for a small shipping & handling fee, supplied with the wrong, or defective components:
Please E-mail, Central Valley - c.v.modelworks@gmail.com, with a note containing your mailing address, and phone number for prompt replacement.
If your switch kit is supplied with the wrong points:
- Defective switch points must be taped to a 3" X 5" card of some sort, and returned for replacement.
Note:
If you have mixed frog-to-point code (70-83) for a small shipping & handling fee, just give me a call at +1(805)489-8586 or an e-mail at c.v.modelworks@gmail.com with your mailing or shipping address, code 70, or 83, and the switch angle #5, 6, 7, 8, or 9. I will put a frog into the mail for you immediately for a small shipping & handling fee.
